Refund Policy

Cancellations and/or modifications must be made in writing and can be sent by email to directbooking@clcworld.com

Reservations cancelled up to 48 hours before check-in hours (16:00H) will be entitled to a refund and no charge will apply.

Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of check in hours (16:00H) and no-shows will be charged in full to the credit card provided to make the reservation.

‘Stay & Save’ reservations with non-refundable rates will not qualify for any refund whether cancelled or modified.

Special offers with a 25% non-refundable deposit will not qualify for any refund whether cancelled or modified.

Early departures do not qualify for any refund. The amount due for the full reservation will be charged.

In the unlikely event that Club La Costa World should need to cancel your reservation, you will be informed immediately. Alternative accommodation of the same standard, or higher, or a full refund will be offered. We regret we cannot pay compensation or any reimbursement of any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation or change.
