All Reservations
The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all reservations, whether made online at https://www.clublacostaworld.com/ or made by telephone or in person.


You will be asked to guarantee the booking with a debit or credit card including your 3 digit security code. We accept payment by MasterCard and Visa.

Flexible Rate: Flexible rates allows you to cancel up to 48 hours before arrival, payment will be required upon arrival at the resort and may be made by credit card or cash. If you choose to cancel after 12pm, 48 hours before you are due to arrive, payment will be taken from credit or debit card provided at time of booking.

Semi Flexible Rate: At the time of making your reservation, a 25% non – refundable deposit to the value of your full stay will be charged to your debit or credit card. The balance will be due for payment upon arrival at the resort and may be made by credit card or cash. We reserve the right in some cases to charge your credit or debit card provided at time of booking the full amount of your stay 7 days prior arrival as per our cancellation policy.

Special Offers including Advance Purchase Offers:  Reservations with non-refundable rates are paid in full at the time of booking.

All Bookings: All group bookings of 5 or more rooms are required to pay the balance in full 7 days prior to arrival. Bookings made by third parties agents where no agreement is in place, will require full non-refundable payment at time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that have not been paid in full. We shall endeavour to place groups travelling together as close as possible but please note that we cannot always guarantee specified units or apartments

A credit card pre-authorization will also be required to cover incidentals during your stay


All rates quoted are per room per night, are subject to availability and include Tax & Services. Special rates quoted cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion. CLC California Beach Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel the guaranteed rate at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation policy:

Flexible Rate: If you choose to cancel after 12pm, 48 hours before you are due to arrive, payment will be taken from credit or debit card provided at time of booking.

Semi Flexible Rate
If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival date, 25% of all nights reserved will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of non-arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

We strongly recommend that all customers take out adequate travel insurance to safeguard against risks such as theft, accident or the cost of cancelling a holiday.

Vacating Rooms Self Catering Apartments are available from 4pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Where possible we try and accommodate early check ins or late check outs but please note that this is subject to availability and resort operations needs.

To ensure the enjoyment of all guests please note that with the exception of Guide Dogs, pets are not allowed in the grounds or premises of the resort.

Force Majeure
CLC California Beach Resort cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your stay) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

Santa Barbara Heights

Resort guest policy

Santa Barbara Heights is a resident only Resort. Whether you´re a guest or a member, we want you to feel entirely at home. While we encourage a family environment and all ages, it is worth noting that Santa Barbara Heights is designed for adults only.

Check In – Check in at the Resort Reception with your booking reference and a valid Credit Card. Cash deposits are not accepted. All members of the booking will have their travel documents.

Check in is from 16.00 hours

Check out – Please return your apartment & garage key to the Resort Reception on your day of departure.

Check out is at 10.00 hours.

Occupancy – as the named resident, you are held responsible for ensuring that you do not exceed the occupancy limit of the apartment which you are occupying. Your apartment has a limit of six people. Only registered guests are permitted in the apartment or resort.

Parking – One parking space is assigned to each apartment. Additional vehicles can park freely just outside the Resort.

Duty of care to owners, guests and staff:

The management company reserves the right to carry out checks in apartments at any time, particularly if the management suspect misuse of the apartment or there are Health & Safety concerns. Guests are expected to use apartments with care and will be liable for any loss or damage to an apartment or its contents, regardless of whether this damage is the result of negligence or of acts committed by themselves or by other guests.

Guests are expected to pay for any breakages, damage or additional cleaning. An additional cleaning charge of €150 per day will apply if the apartment is found to have been left in an unacceptable condition. We, the management company reserve the right to seek compensation for any damage discovered and not reported at check out.

Guests at Santa Barbara Heights are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly manner and not to indulge in any form of behaviour which is deemed anti-social by other guests or our staff. If, in the opinion of other guests or our staff, your behaviour or that of any member of your party is causing or is likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to any of our other guests or staff, we reserve the right to terminate your stay with immediate effect. In such cases we will have no further obligations to you and/or your party and no refunds will be issued.

No inflammable substance, gas of any type or explosive material will be used or stored within the apartment or neighbouring areas.

No apartment shall be used for any illegal or immoral purpose or for any trade or business.

Consideration for others:

Home entertainment equipment, musical or video must be used in a way as to cause no annoyance or disturbance to any other guest or owner. In particular, the volume of all equipment and general noise should be controlled so as not to be audible between 12pm and 9.00am.

We´re always happy to host private events however private parties in your apartment that invade neighbour’s privacy are prohibited.

In compliance with Spanish legislation, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any apartment or building.

Housekeeping will be entering your apartment daily to collect rubbish. Please refrain from leaving rubbish in public areas

We ask that you don’t block your terrace view by hanging towels or washing over the glass balustrade. Please use the clothes horse supplied for these items.


Well behaved dogs are permitted by outright owners. If you´ve a pet allergy, the patter of paws may trigger symptoms, so it’s important that you as guests, are aware of this before booking. You as guests may not bring dogs to the Resort.

Personal possessions

Please note that you are responsible for your personal possessions at all times during your stay and we are unable to accept any liability for any loss of or damage to your belongings.

In the unlikely case of an emergency

You will be assisted by the 24/7 onsite Security and the team of Reception staff, all of whom are prepared and trained to assist you.
